i own a bosch battery drill 14.4 v need to replace cells inside battery there are three screw and a fourth which hasnt got the head the same as the other three which means i cant remove the fourth bolt any advice on how to remove and also my charger has packed in is there any common faults with them would appreciate any quick responses

As someone who's voided many warranties in his time, I often find that a suitably sized flat jewellers screwdriver can sometimes be forced so it sits in the corners of some of the popular security heads. Sometimes you need to file the screwdriver down for a tight fit...

Be aware that the cells inside may well be solder-tag ones, soldered together to form the battery. It's nigh on impossible to solder regular batteries together like this - the solder tags are attached via a spot weld.
