Hi all,i am looking to gather various tools etc and on the internet the other week i stumbled across a bench thingy that you bolt your circular saw to,your jigsaw to and other hand tools to,which makes the saw into a rip saw, your jigsaw into a sort of band saw etc.

I know i am being a bit vague but hopefully one of you will know what i mean as i can't find it now and was wondering if they are any good.

Sorry - Never tried it (or even seen it) but it does strike me as a necessity bench rather than something you'd do by choice if you had other options.

If you are severely space and/or tool limited and really need something along that line, the price doesn't seem that bad and it comes with some quite decent recommendations and tests.

Maybe someone on here has used one, if you hang round a while.

Hi Bonny

not had any experience with the Eazi-Way
although did own a simular thing many moons ago by B&D
may not be in the same league but I found that when using it as a rip saw the dam thing kept tipping up because it just did not have enough weight.
might be worth checking if you get to see one before you make a purchase.

Andy
