Hello all,
I'm a hobbyist who has slowly been getting into various types of woodworking since the pandemic -- basic furniture making, carving, some mirror frames, and rigging up odds and ends. My teenage son has been learning alongside me, which has been part of the pleasure! I've often found the discussions on this forum useful as I've been learning new skills so thought I would join officially. Many thanks to all of you for your expertise! I've attached a few pictures of things I'm particularly proud of. My son made the birdhouse more or less on his own. My current goals (when I have the time) are to improve my skills at sharpening gouges and learn to do dovetail joints.
