Hello - I'm a frequenter of charity shops and such to get bargains. I love the quality of old furniture and all old things. But can't afford antique shop prices. We built our own house from scratch and lived in a caravan for a few years whilst doing so. We did 80% of the work ourselves (I was the labourer) so am a bit handy but less able to lift massive weights as I was in my younger days.

Your post says hello from the Highlands - that's a pretty big area! Any closer location? For the record, I'm only 20 miles north of Aberdeen but couriers insist we are Higlands and Islands too!
