That looks fantastic !! Do you stick to one pencil or change between different hardness's ? either way it looks great.

Great drawing :D

I sometimes dabble in oil paints myself but am useless at drawing, this was the last one I did of a jaguar.

i use quite a few pencils of varying hardness/softness and also blending sticks, there are several layers to the fur with each one being blended in between, many thanks for the input..

OK I suppose, I think it's the sort of think anyone can do, for example I never draw yet still managed this picture of my dog in under 20 mins.

Well done Steve, I like the 'lively' eyes and the 'wet' nose. =D>

Presume you're giving up scrolling for a life on the easel

Regards Keith

Hi Keith
No I am still cutting a few orders every now and again but I needed to slow it down a bit, I used to draw many years ago but I have just gone back to it and I am trying new subjects now..

I'm amazed at the various talents you guys have. I can't draw to save my life but I'm much better at painting so long as it's with a 6 inch emulsion brush.

Steve,
That is superb!
I thought at first it was the photo from which you were copying.
You can turn, you can scroll and now you can damn well draw beautifully as well!!
Life just ain't fair

I might send you a photo of my Mum's dog and a self addressed envelope - I'd love a Steve B original.

I can see that bob, and I understand that depending what dog it is the tail section gets longer or shorter, and the hair length looks amazing.. :D
