The guy just seems to add the word "vintage" to all his listings so junk becomes antiques????

Probably sells to these arty f**ty london types with more money than sense.

I'm obviously in the wrong business!!!!

I was after one of his items - a nice selection of used toilet paper in vintage pastel colours (plus brown!!!), but someone outbid me in the last 30 seconds. I really hate it when people do that.

Im sure there is some demand for old worn items have a market for use as props......shops for example.

But most of the items this guy has dont to me have that artistic element. There is a selection of small artists type brushes that maybe could be a prop.

I suppose if enough items are listed some may get sold

Have a look at his seller feedback - there's one happy buyer who has bought at least eight of his 'vintage paint kettles' at £20 or £22 a time and seems very pleased with them!
Perhaps they will be back for the brushes soon.

There are three alternative conclusions:

- exploitative - there's one born every day
- environmentalist - far better recycled than landfill
- opportunist - a triumph of creative marketing and capitalist endeavour

I think the seller is to be congratulated on his/her initiative!

Probably his mother. :D

I sold a left-handed guitar pick for £4.50 on eBay... Never underestimate the stupidity of the human race. :-D
