I made a mistake this evening.

I'm cooking a nice big pot of chilli con carne, lots of fresh chillis, and decide to wash off the grime of the day in the shower whilst it is cooking. I should have washed my hands more thoroughly before I started rubbing soap over my, er, appendages.

Oddly enough, if you have unfortunately had an attack of shingles and the shingle pain hangs around (months) the doctor prescribes a tube of ointment that contains the ingredients of chilli to put on the itching area.

So if you want a repeat performance anytime get hold of a tube.

I know put some on your hands and go on a handshaking tour. :evil:
