I saw that this morning on the tv

My dad lost the top of two of his fingers, I wonder if it still works if the top was cut about 10 year's ago??

Hi, McLuma

You might need to freshen the ends up first

Pete

I would say doubtful if the injury has scarred over - you would need to remove the scar tissue and promote the wound effect ie cut the top of your finger off again.

Very interesting report though, wonder if they have trialed it on more serious wounds to see how far the regeneration effect goes? There is not an awful lot in the top half inch of your finger - nails grow from the base. Would be very interested if it had the same effect from the knuckle up for example.

He's got 3 arms?

Pete

He lost an arm to an alien when he was regenerating from the last Dr Who. But as it happened before the regeneration was complete, he just grew a replacement there and then. It was the sensible thing to do, under the circumstances.

Sad, aren't I?

Just spoke to him and he is to scared that the regeneration will not stop and he will grow long fingers

Hi, Steve

I'd have done the same in his shoes, its waste of sleeves otherwise.

Handy if you loose the remote.

It seems that he never lost the end of his finger at all. He had a bit of a cut, which was apparently healed by his brother-in-law's 'miracle' powder.

So no likelihood of fraud at all, really.
