I am just about to glue up a walnut countertop on which the sink will stand in a bathroom. Considering that there will be water spillage, would Titebond III be adequate or should I use PU?

Thanks

Simon
I made a vanity for my bathroom from maple - all glued together with Titebond 1. All joints are still tight one year on. A decent poly finish makes it waterproof(ish)
Hope this helps
Philly :D

On closer inspection, the dark Titebond in this country is Titebond original so therefore not waterproof. In the US it is made from Titebond II which is waterproof. :? Anyway, I used Titebond III.

Was doing some other work at this house today, oak top still looked as good as when I put it in 18mths ago. Titebond PU and several layers of Barfords Aquacote, biscuted joints.

I like the laundry area. Where did you get the chrome/ss cage from?
