Good point I did not think of that. That is a selling point regarding Gorrilla Glue that it expands and cures in wet conditions. In fact you do wet one peice prior to cramping. I dont think there was insufficiant cramping I will search my pic files and see if I have one when in the cramps.
Nicks point is vallied also. Went out and braved the cold again and took pics of the other joints and they show movement but the joints still hold. The pics also reminded me I pegged the boards as well it looks like they have held no sign of any movement there indicating the panel has expanded in all four directions as one . My opinion is the joint failed because that joint was locked with the glue. The joint was not that bad not as good as the others it was worth I think a 7 ounitut of 10. There must have been a hell of a pressure though because it was OK still we got the firs rain and then bang. (no it didnt go bang figure of speech)
