Isn't it sad how we as British accept this sort of rubbish. Alright not everyone accepts it but i would bet that there is more of the former rather then the latter.

This guy should have rejected it after the second or third failed attempt.

He said that Ford told him to contact the dealership and reject it under the Ford Commitment change program but they refused to honour this. If this is the case then surely if Ford is behind this commitment then they should have at least stepped in and helped him.

Oh well.
