hello wood workers, havent posted on here for awhile been really busy! here is some W.I.P ii try take pics when i can as dont have much time, as the customer want the work yesterday :lol:
here im making 8 Soft wood flush windows with espagnolette locking systems and trickele vents. ovolo pfrofile fo frames and sashes
frames
heads 122.3x68mm
jambs 95.3x68mm
mullions 95.3x68mm
cills 95.3x68
add on cills 93x35mm hard wood.
sashes are made from finger jointed prolam softwood 69x58.4mm
cross cutting timber for the frames
cross cutting timber for the sashes
timber all planded up to PAR on 5head molder/planer
set molder up to run the cills
set up the tenoner with cut off saw to tenon frames
thats all the pics i got so far will post some more asap, as got lots of jobs on the go many thanks for looking. lee
