Flip over bench

Ive just remove my. Bench ginder and wire wheel /whet stone from my flip over cabinet to make way for disc sander and planer
Inow need to make another flip over for the tools i removed what do you think the smalles foot print would be to remain stable im thinking 400x 400 bearing in mind it has to be on castors or does anyone have a better design ?

400x400mm sounds a bit of a small footprint to be stable for any machine stand. I have to ask whats the footprint of the old stand the planer is going on. Pushing large bits of wood through a planer requires a larger footprint to be stable than say for a grinder.
