What on earth does one do with 60 chilli plants
. 4 plants - 2 Aleppo and two Apache will easily supply enough for our household of 3 adults. In fact , I still have some chillies saved in the freezer from last year.

This year I've experimented with trying to grow one of the Aleppo plants as a perennial, by overwintering it in the conservatory It has lost all its leaves, but new growth is starting to come from the old leaf nodes. It is however , no where near as advanced as your seedlings.

Great..........love it! The wife made some jam from our surplus last year, but it might be worth trying a sweet chilli sauce this year, as well.
