Removing glass to be reused which Im assuming you want to do?
Take the door off and place on some trestles. Find the side that has the removable beads and tease it off with a chisel not between the window plane and the window. Once off you will probably see putty all around. If there are nails still in from the molding then for now bend them out of the way, once the glass is removed then remove the nails. Use a knife to carefully cut the putty as close to the wood as you can. Now softly try easing the glass out by putty little force around all the edges from the other side. Look for where the putty hasn't cut all the way through and cut again. Keep repeating until the glass is removed.
This is how I do it, it maybe not be the correct way but its never failed me.
