Festers Twin Cylinder & Horizontal Stirling Engines

I have allways had it in my mind to build a steam engine. Lack of time, funds, equipment, skills etc always put me off.

That is until I stumbled on Sterling Hot Air engines, so I built one to look like a steam engine.

This is a second engine - still a work in progress - it's a very short video - bits melted and fell off. I built a lathe partly to repair this engine but got carried away turning wood.

About 2 years on and off. Main reason for the legth of time was I did not know what I was building, Lots of time just staring trying to imagine the next bit to make.
