Elu's 177 is the same as the DeWalt you sold if I'm correct so the collet you require in 8mm is Trends DE6274, here's the link.

I have one of the later BLUE switched 96E's and its great, had it well over 15 years I bought a trend T5 as the elu was getting old and the Elu is way better even though its 15 years old.

I have an elu mof96 also belt sander,bench grinder and handplaner I must have had them all for well over 20 years and cannot fault them so like everyone else I think you got a bargain.

They are great routers Steve I have two and one of them is well over fifteen years old and still going strong. I do have a manual for the router and have posted it here if you want to download it :

Well you are lucky Chris I just chanced on this posting as it is such an old one I didn't pay it any mind at first. I do have the router manual and will see if I can sort it out and let you have a copy. I do have the manual that came with the router originally but think I may have it on the computer somewhere. I shall have a look and let you know. HTH. :wink:

I had this happen to me on with a bobbin sander recently, the item was much older than stated. I went back to them on it and they knocked some money off. Remember that people really want to keep their feedback rating at 100%.

I would agree with that. I've lost count of the number of Kity K5 manuals I've sent out - no problem but had to go through the ususl "pm me or send email address" posts etc first. A link would be quicker.
