They're too bloody expensive for an occasional one off little job.
I heard that a kitchen electric "hot pot" will do but can't find suitable one. Any suggestions?

I've seen variations of electric cooking pots at branches of ' The Range ' for about a tenner. Also seen references to the use of small deep fat fryers. If that helps at all.

An electric fondue might be the thing. Someone gave us one for Christmas at some point, I might try it as a glue pot!

if you just need a little, have you thought about a baby bottle warmer and jam jar? I am currently using a pan and jar for the small amounts I use. HTH chris

Thanks for suggestions. I've gone for the Lakeland Slow Cooker. Should hold a jam-jar full and it's a Which best buy!
