Dust extractor filter cartridge

Hi All
Anyone replaced their upper extractor bag with a filter cartridge?
Does it stop the dust coming out on start up?

I had this one:

And it was a marked improvement over the bag I don't think it filter down to 1 micron. About 5 micron. Still well worth getting one.

Does dust still escape?

I use the ADE version and it is excellent. No blow out on start up and there is a foam seal between the cartridge and extractor body.
