Does anyone use these anymore? Or is my (admittedly fairly old) "Guide to Woodworking" totally out-of-date?
If not, is the Stanley No.59 any good, or could anyone suggest a decent budget one? (I know you should buy the best tools you can afford, but I could have the finest tools made, and my work would still be 2nd-rate!). I'd want to do corner joints and edge-to-edge.
