Hi, I've just bought an early BCZ, does anybody know where I can get a copy of the manual?
Thanks
Dave

Hi, pics attached. This is machine No200 so quite early, it's looks like its recently been repainted and there are a few minor bits missing (e.g. bolts for the top cover plate) This is my first foray into serious machines and I just need some basic info to start with, namely what size cutter block does it take and where can I get one? Thanks.

To get the block size, measure the spindle for the diameter and max height.
Measure the largest hole in the table and subtract 40-50mm for the knives and that should give the largest block it can take.

Take are with using it - moulders take no prisoners. Use good solid fences and guards and maybe even consider a power feeder to keep those pinkies out of harms way.

Thanks for the info and warnings! No doubt I'll be back next time I get stuck, cheers.
