I am looking at improving the finish on my woodwork I make shelving units, as I have invested in better equipment, SMS, quality sanders etc the end grain looks a bit shabby.
So what disc sander do I get, I dont like using cheapo tools, and dont mind paying for quality.
I have been looking at Record DS300 which seems a bit pricy compared to some of the opposition.
Dont think I need a disc belt sander combi.

What do you guys think?

Chunko'.

I have a rexon double disc saner bought from ebay for around £100. It may still be on there.

I reckon they're nearly all the same and the chance of an extra disc for the same price is a good one I think

I have a rexon 10" disc 6" belt sander I probably use the belt more than the disc mind you they are both useful tools to have never regreted buying it both the belts and the disc last ages
