Did you manage to record the England match

My vbox (virginmedia) refused to let me record the England/German football match last Sunday. (we had visitors staying so I tried to put on record).

Did anyone on this forum manage to record this match on a v box or other system?

:sign3: what he said - if you dont already know the result you must have been living down a hole for the last week or so, and the match itself was about as inspiring as watching some very uninteresting painty drying on a very dull wall

If you really must I think the "highlights" if you can call them that are available on you tube

Your comments above are valid, but I still want to know why my vbox would not let me record.
It would let me record other channels at the same time as match, so did anyone get a recording, remember I am paying a subscription to Virginmedia and if there was no recording available I feel entitled to a refund for that day.
