I was wondering if anyone had a David Barron dovetail saw guide they would be prepared to sell me?

Thanks

K

If you have no luck with a 2nd hand one....try Classic Hand Tools, they have brand new stock of these, i think
Thanks Gary, I thought I'd try 2nd hand first as I did find it new (on classic hand tools in fact) at £43 ! Which I thought was a little pricey for what it is.

It's not that I can't cut dovetails, but more that for the special project I'm doing (an urn for my father in laws ashes) I need them to be the absolute best possible dovetails I can make. While I know its more about the craftsman than the tools I'm not to proud to seek assistance, help and tools in this endeavor.

I'm probably just overthinking things and need to just crack on, but I thought there's no harm in asking.

You could probably knock up your own guide quite easily. A small block of wood with one side cut at the angle you want, with a small magnet glued into the face…?
