I have been reasonably lucky with ParcelForce in the past and their depot is not to far away. Although, I vehemently disagree with the added charge for overseas deliveries, it should be illegal !
I have had delivery drivers drop cards through my door without knocking before and even been working on the garage and seen delivery drivers park, walk past me and drop the delivery note through my door and go to drive off! I'm not sure what the point is? Surely knocking and getting a signature doesn't take THAT long?
Actually on a points system, PF would score highly against some of the courier companies I have dealt with.... don't get me started with CityLink! :evil:
