Just out of curiosity, is the material used in modern lavatory partitioning and doors a derivitive of Tufnol etc? I have managed to recycle two sheets of it and am thinking about router table tops and gantries for CNC etc. Thickness is about 15mm from memory.

I think cubicle doors are made of solid high pressure laminate material, similar to trespa which is used in laboratory furniture. Very resistant to solvents and acids as well as hygienic.

Very good for router jigs etc, it will route nicely. Basically same stuff as used for kitchen worktop jigs.
