Current oak sawn ft3 prices?

I haven't purchased any timber for a good few years and the last time was from a timber yard in Maiden Bradley. They have subsequently been taken over and as a result I have absolutely no idea what people are currently paying for sawn oak boards. I know price is dependent upon quantity, but I am just after a rough idea for quantities < 5 ft3.
