I bought some new flocking from Turners retreat, £5 postage to my uk address.
Then 5 minutes after completing that order, bought a wooden moving toy for my grandson, sent to same address, £5 postage. Daft bugger I thought, but hey, my stupido.

I get the two seperate paypal invoices within minutes. job done
Next day I get a paypal refund for the second £5 postage.

Neither expected nor asked for, but greatly appreciated to a company that obviously cares.

IIRC the forum software changes swearwords for you. It's definitely an option in this software.

but there's an easy way to circumvent it, and TBH the majority of the censorships are of tame words anyway.

but ontopic, yes, it's always good to see that sort of service. As a modeller I've used flocking (model car interiors) but never from them, but after that recommendation, I'll definitely BM their site.
