Hi all, in looking at getting a cordless nail gun but don't want to spend the earth. It will be used for various things but i would say more delicate jobs. Looking For something that supports 20mm nails to about 50mm. Any suggestions i want to try and keep it to under 100 quid really and will go second hand. I do not have an air compressed so they are out unless they can be canister operated.

Cheers
Mark

I doubt that the one in the link will be any good for spraying. You need to look further into it and be prepared to spend a couple of hundred on a compressor.

yeah understandable I saw a 3hp one in lidl a while back so may keep an eye out, not got the space for a compressor at the moment anyway.

Cheers

As Grayorm says.......stay away from Tacwise even though the price looks tempting.
I bought a cordless Tacwise nail gun a few years ago which suffered from frequent episodes of nails getting bent and jammed at the tip and not being able to fire nails either flush or below the surface.
Not fit for purpose in my opinion.

Good move. Try before you buy :D

Personally I'd stay away from Paslode and the likes. Gas is very expensive and the nails also. The DeWalt (or Makita) don't use gas and you can buy nails in 5000 packs for about £17 :)

hi bought Senco FN65RHA Angled Finish Nailer its 16g something its not right ,the nails don't sink deep enough the heads stick out ,i did adjust dept , any advice guys

Disappointed to hear that. Mine has worked flawlessly for a couple of years now. If you've adjusted the depth control right in there's not much you can do other than return it.

i am very disappointed too, i will return it ,sounds like the tool is faulty . thanks for replaying so quick
