this is the table finished with one coat of sanding sealer and 3 of liquid wax will get a coat of renaissance wax for the final coat.

know it isn't done with the best construction techniques but started it with crap tools only able to finish it 3 years later when my workshop can handle the weight of the wood cast iron over alu and folded steel is much better.

It's a really interesting design, like a contemporary version of a hayrake table. I like it a lot!

But I think you dodged a bullet with the assembly, I've had occasions where a domino joint simply wouldn't close up without clamps and/or a dead blow hammer. Sometimes the domino dowels take up moisture and swell so that they're just too tight for a push fit. I'd hate to find this was one of those times with an angled joint, no means of attaching a clamp, and the glue going hard by the second!
 
I sanded the dominos to take a tiny bit of their thickness away to stop this had one side in the vise so used a rubber mallet to get them seated and then used my body weight to make sure the shoulders were tight all around. the time crunch i was in mean't i had to do it that way but the glue only sets when they meet so the wood glue on the dominos allowed me to get them just touching before the mitre bond worked.
