Competition Winnings Spent!

Hi Everyone,

Its been a while, but eventually got round to spending my competition winnings. Also added to it my 10year service cash from work.

Tried out both of these little beauties at the weekend while working on the build part of the competition. They work a treat! Very pleased with both purchases!

The scrub definately takes the hard work out of preping rough timber, and the block (IMHO) is leagues ahead of my stanley.

Not spent it all yet. Going to place an order for a set of 9 Ashley Ilse BE chisels tomorrow!

Good choice of block, I use mine all the time now, even in preference to my smoother for some instances!

my low angle blockplane goes out on site with me, ive shot external doors in with it when theres been no electricity
