seems like some fair interest. Is everyone ok for my to Adjudicate? (i.e set the compo up, arrange prizes and organise the judging panel).

I'm happy to pass that on to someone else if they'd rather. It means I can't enter but that's ok, I'm probably going to enter the other one.

I'll spend some time today laying out some rules.

But am waiting to see what transpires from all the rules and regs. being bandied around. Had a read of the 'flat' rules last night,thinking I may enter. to my mind seems all a bit over the top. Takes all the fun out of it for me. I'm a firm believer in the KISS principal.

Don't see why you can't take part Tom, unless of course you don't fancy it. :twisted: :wink:

No problem here Tom. Go for it. I think you will need to check with Charlie and / or the mods though. Dave L is a mod so I'm sure he we keep us on the straight & narrow. I am with Tam about the KISS principle though.

But... I do believe you should be able to enter.
and that you SHOULD enter too..

Set up the judging panel ( or is Duncan's idea of the 'everyone gets a vote feasible ? .. ) and just because you're the 'organiser' , definately should not prevent you from entering. Definately not, IMHO.

Perhaps others will agree ?.
Tom should definately be 'in'.
Its only a bit of fun after all... and I can see no justification at all in preventing him from taking part.

We are up to 21 including one or two possibles. Pretty good response and there are others that haven't possibly seen this yet like Mrs S. I reckon it's a goer.

Come on the rest.... you'll be turning ANYWAY, so you might just as well enter ! Its a fun thing.. and there's nothing to lose, and everything to gain... and what better a way to focus the attention on pushing your abilities to the very best you can achieve... imagine the feelgood factor of submitting something ... winning is irrelevant, its about pushing your own personal boundaries :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
