I've not used their coffee grinder, but all the other things I've had from them have always been excellent quality. I had one nut that caused problem and they exchanged it just like that, no problems.

As you will see from his video's, he tries everything that he sells out first.

Similar experience with ProKraft, all good but not had coffee grinder. You don't get loads of paper/instructions with their stuff but its all online.
