I finished the decking about five year's ago, and at that time we choose a color to match in with the cabin I had built, so dark brown
But as time passes and redone the staining a few times it became a bit tacky, so as the weather was good it was time to attack the decking and get it a new lease of life.
So we hired a floor sander, and with grit 40 and 60 we get the top layer of and with paint stripper cleared the grooves, then pressure washed it all down, sanded the edges with the orbital and bob is your uncle, all in all still very hard work and heavy on the back
Then we used the new cuprinol decking protector (this time we went for clear color to keep it all natural) this stuff you can spray on it with the handy applicator (like a pesticide sprayer)
So now it should be fine again for another few seasons
