Cherry blank with woodworm

ive brought a cheep Cherry bowl blank but it has a few wood worm holes here and there
what would be the best way to disguise the worm holes ?

I've used an ordinary wood filler in the past, but look forward to everyone else's solution.

Unless the bowl is going to be used for liquids why hide them? They are part of the natural wood you are about to turn.

If it were spalting, would you try to hide that? It's natural.

Thanks for all the replys..i like the sound of this one but still being new-ish to woodturning i havent seen or know how to Brass Fill....
Any tips or how to Brass Fill would be great

Mixed into a 2 pack glue like araldite , that's how I do it :wink:

Dave,

a cabinet makers trick used to use or mix the sanding dust from the piece with a pva glue. The pva dries clear and leaves a very similar colour, filled hole.

Never used the method on turnig pieces but, you never know. Could always test on a spare piece perhaps first?
