Working on a system for drill shelf pin holes with my router guide. Just brainstorming at the moment.

Before I go to the trouble of making my own (possibly inaccurate) guide, anyone know if I can buy a cheap jig anywhere, essentially just a piece of perspex with accurately spaced 5mm holes.
 
Not perspex, but I think I've seen pegboard (perforated hardboard) suggested for this. A quick search shows it's still available. Probably good enough for a one-off job, especially if you can find a suitable sized offcut.
