New Old Stock isn't credible. This looks like a private sale. Maybe someone issued with this during covid or bought for trade job with hazardous material but in either case, never used and now written off / being sold by the individual.
It looks genuine kit and the blue film on the visor and tags still fixed all say unused. Some dust / marks on the hard hat suggest unpacked and not all stored in original boxes.
The price is indeed a bargain. The versaflow is top kit and I've never seen genuine unused for less than £250. Make sure it's complete with waist belt, battery and charger, a filter and the air tube as well as the headset and the blower unit we can see in the photos.

I would buy it however I already have 2 . This is a LOT cheaper than trying to buy new lungs for eyes.

OK best you buy a new one from a shop then, That should keep you happy, I have several new items in boxes purchased years ago Hopefully I will get to use them some day.

I am good thanks, I now have a system in place. Hope you get to use your items. So often you hear that someone had something that they never used
