Hi Everyone

I hope this does not break the rules, if it does I am sorry in advance and trust the Mods will remove this message.

I am having a clearout and have approx 170 woodwork magazines to dispose of, they are a mixture of GWW, Trad Wood, Practical Wood, F&C,
and The Woodworker. I do not personally want anything for them but thought given the season I could "auction" them for a donation to charity.

They are all clean and from a non smoking home, located in Northampton,
I might be able to deliver to some areas as I travel with work ( check before bidding ) but would prefer collection if possible.

I will let them go to the highest bidder by next Sunday 23rd Dec at 9.00pm and trust them to send a cheque to the NSPCC

So who wants to start?......

Many Thanks

Richard

Who knows?

Please don't take this the wrong way but as it's for charity I hope not................ :D :D :D

I would definately be willing to make a donation. Forgive my ignorance, I live in Chesterfield but am not familiar with where you live. Can you pm a postcade for the satnav so I can see if it's driving distance of possible to meet up? Thanks mate.

Speed

I am in Northampton, about 5 minutes from junction 15 of the M1.

I travel mainly in the area north of London south of Stoke, but it can be anywhere on the inland waterway ( canal ) system, just depends where the customer is located.

Reading and Droitwich / Worcester are quite regular destinations as we have offices located there.

Regards

Richard

Hi Rich, I live in Reading and would like to bid £30.00
Regards Rich Kellow.

Speed, I get up and down the M1 so if you win and can be a bit flexible on timescales I may be able to meet you part way up.

Regards

Richard

Any more takers, c'mon tis the season of goodwill, I'll through in a 12v B & D drill / driver with about six batteries and 1 hour charger , an oldie but goodie...................

It's all in a good cause

Thanks guys

Richard

Problem will be that most of us have already got most of the mags that you are offering or don't because they aren't of interest. It may be better putting them on ebay.

Cheers

Tim

Hi Tim

I take your point, I was rather hoping that one of the newer members might be interested as they will obviously be of more use / interest to someone starting out. I didn't bother with ebay as I'm not trying to make anything for myself, just clear some space and maybe raise a few quid for a good cause.

Thanks for looking and I wish you and all the other members a very merry Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous new year.

Thanks again to all of you who so far have been kind enough to bid.
