CBN grinding wheels: are they really good?

Having read the spiel on the Toolpost website, I'm intrigued that they imply that these wheels are superior to diamond. I just wondered if someone with hands-on experience could give their views. Is it OK to run them at normal benchgrinder speed (3000rpm) ?

Works for me albeit on a slow speed grinder - quick efficient, cool and needs no dressing.

Yes they can be run on a high speed grinder. Like a diamond wheel but for different reasons you can't/shouldn't sharpen soft iron on them so HSS tools only.
