I noticed that the hedge in front of our doctors' surgery had had a short back and sides and the job was a decent one. Seeing as how we need some work doing, I thought I'd pop in and ask for the contact details of who did it.

"Sorry we can't give you those details as they are patients of ours and we're not allowed to give patient details out from the computer".

"OK..i can understand that. Why don't you give them my details and ask them to call me?"

"Sorry, we can't do that either as you're also a patient".

Doh!

Sounds like gorrocks.
They can't reveal patient details, sure, but they can reveal details of their horticulturalist. They don't overlap.

But I don't fancy your chances of explaining that to them...
