Can anyone with a Mac help me convert a file?

Hi,

I have a cutting list sent from a Mac as a .cwk file (clarisworks or appleworks) which I cannot find a way of opening on my pc.

Can anyone assist? Conversion to a txt file, pdf or just pasting into an email would probably suffice.
