I have recently been lent a pair of unusual pliers, I would really like to buy some but have no idea what to search for to find them.

These are very useful for working with metal wire chains, both closing and opening links.

If anyone has any idea where I could get some or what they are called that would be fantastic!

Thanks in advance!

Hi Paulm,

Yes sort of, but the ones I have the 'teeth' if you could call them that actually slide over each other.

I have actually just found these... https://www .cedarrapidstire . com/category/18251/chain-pliers-rud-tire-chain-tools

Thank you very much for your reply!
