Its a been a long since I used a small hose on my Camvac, so no longer required I think. Some details Camvac Reducer Cuff
I'm not sure if its made by RP/Camvac as I've never seen them on the website though. Holds a friction fit so doesn't need a jubilee (like the 100mm cuffs).
