Camphor Laurel

I know this probably isn't the place for this, but this isn't an advert as such.

A friend imported some Camphor Laurel from Australia about 20 years ago, some has been used for various projects. He is moving house and is unable to take the remaining pieces with him.

There are 5 pieces all of various sizes, all 50mm thick, the largest is tapered, about 4m long perhaps 1500mm at one end down to maybe 600mm at the other.
The other pieces are smaller maybe 1200wide by 1000-1500

I'm going on memory so sizes aren't necessarily accurate

These are large pieces of timber, what the hell is he going to do with them?

They are "in storage" ATM on a friends farm.

I take it this is in Hampshire? I'd like a coffee table sized waney edged slab of something or other but I can't find anything that costs any less than a coffee table itself.

yes, hoping to get lucky! can't find any camphor laurel in the uk of slab size.. any ideas?
I contacted many wood merchants, ordinary and exotic, no one had any suggestions in the uk.
