All back together after a few minor fights when 4 hands were needed.
Came to refit the blade, realised you have to have it upside down with a cover (that I had just refitted) decided to test it quickly with no blade. Dead
looking for safety interlocks etc. Nothing
Sort of remembered fiddling with cables in the rear of the motor on disassembly. Removed the rear cover and the neutral looked connected, it was; to air lol. Reconnected it, reassembled just enough this time.
Refitted the blade, turned it back the right way up.
Ear plugs in, pressed the power button and it started right up. Much much quieter to the ear. According to the app on my phone about 10/12 dB quieter, singing happily away.
Next test is the plywood I was cutting. Hope the bearing numbers help someone in the future!
