Just wanted to brag a little as I have an article in The Woodworker this month. :D It has been a while since I had anything in print so it is a bit of a buzz for me. :D ....it's that funny table I built.

Good to see you going to print Alan. A few years ago we had quite a few members featured in the mags, where have they all gone?

Well done Alan, it's nice toget published. I have spent my life working with the written word (as opposed to wood) and writing for magazines is a good way of continuing something I have always enjoyed. Although the money is useful the effective hourly rate is so low that I certainly wouldn't doit for that reason alone. I'm sure that is true of most who do it.

Waka, I have been contributing woodworking mag articles for about ten years now, but I have not mentioned it here. My identity is not a great secret (there are a few members who are aware of it) but I prefer to remain anonymous online. Having said that, I am more than happy to tell you if you drop me a PM - who knows, we may already have met!

Congrats Mailee.

Jim...

No man but a blockhead ever wrote, except for money! 8)

Can't remember who said it. Johnson I think.

Sometimes I used to feel that way, when the words wouldn't come out right!
