Bit too warm!

While working in Oman on the Arabian Peninsular several years ago the mercury hit 50c on one day - that was a bit too warm!!

we had that here in the hot summer some years back. I scalded myself on water stored in black plastic dustbins for the tomatoes. The tomatoes and apples were actually cooking on the trees.

Been online wearing nothing but boxers - now there's a thought to make you choke on your coffee.

It's hot alright but my hayfever is worse, absolutely killing me this year. Never used to suffer from it. Any advice?

Fisherman's friends, the extra strong ones if you can find them, they really help me more than any medication and I've tried the lot
