I’ve been diagnosed with this a couple of months ago and wondered if there’s anyone on the forum with this who can share how they cope with it in the workshop.

I sympathise, from experience I know how disruptive and sometimes scary it can be. I suggest you go online, find and learn the Epley Manoeuvre. Not to be rude but you have rocks in your head, calcification in your inner ear(s). They are causing your dizziness and the exercise will greatly help with dislodging them, returning you to an even keel. The desired result of the exercise may be immediate or more likely will kick in after a couple of days.
Hope this helps.
