Can I ask why you lipped them individually rather than as a pack of 3?
Two reasons. First, I reckoned that there was more guarantee of getting the finished top dead flat that way. Once the individual sheets were lipped, the lipping helped them to stay flat.
Second, three sheets of MDF are very heavy, so the more I could do before they were glued together, the less lifting I had to do - and I was doing all the work on my own (and I'm not very big ).
