My dad gave me two carrieer bags of grapes from his vine. Its a wine variety rather than desert.

I've washed them and removed all the storks. Found a few articles online, but wondered if anyone had any suggestions for brewing.

Was going to use this method (see point 3) but not sure whether they mean to add extra fluid to the fermentation barrel.

Any keen brewers on here? :D

It Is, and believe me, home made wine ain't nuthin like Tesco's plonk!

I've made a few batches over the years, but this is my first using just grapes.

Ooo eck, that could mean good or bad!! :D
 
Good! Subject to you making it so, I distinctly remember one batch that I made ending up as paint stripper!
